Do any other Republicans out there secretly hope that Obama wins? Don’t get me wrong, I will still vote for McCain but how nice would it be to see all the 2nd guessers and Obama supporters out there have to defend a position that does not work out without being able to blame Bush or Republicans? One thing to remember: it took 4-years of Carter to get 8-years of Regan. OutFoxing Fox The HOLE Thanks for proving my point!!! Still can only talk about Bush. You played into my hands…thanks!!
I don’t. I thought a few times that I would like to see him win, just for the I told you so, but as tantalizing as that is, I wouldn’t want to disrespect my country by voting so irresponsibly, and I wouldn’t want my country to have to go through 4 years of him either. To answer you last sentence, as that may be, and as often as history repeats itself, I would rather be safe then possibly sorry, I wouldn’ want to take that chance, because there’s no telling if that will even happen.
Im not American, but who are the goodies? The Republicans or the liberals or whatever there called? Who would win in a war? Why arnt you having a war if you care so much for your country, why arnt you having a civil war about it?!?!
We aren’t having a civil war because that isn’t even a reasonable idea to begin with. There are other options rather than murder and weapons to settle a problem. Plus, the Republican and Democratic party have been around for hundreds and hundreds of years and neither will be eliminated. It’s a basic division of political philosophies that the entire nation will never fully compromise on.
I am not familiar with politics, esp american politics. Can someone explain to me what the republicans and the democrats stand for? and also any additional commonly used political jargons that i should know.
This should help…..
Will you support the Republican canidate who ever he is over Hillary or Obama? If not why?
Absolutely. Even the most wishy- washy Republican looks like Rambo next to the bleeding hearts. America needs a leader and a warrior in the White House. Not a damn encounter group to explore our feelings and wallow in manufactured guilt. If my guy doesn’t make it to the final fight, (and it doesn’t look like he will), who ever has the r next to his name gets my vote.
How will republicans express their appreciation for Obama?
Do republicans appreciate that Obama has effectively crushed the liberal movement and the 2008 liberal mandate for “change”? Do republicans appreciate that the most critical part in any and all republican gains next month will be the liberal voters that stay home? Will republicans express appreciation for the contributions of Obama to the demise of the liberal movement?
The night Obama won, I looked at my husband (who voted for Obama) and said, “Obama being elected is going to be the greatest thing for the Coservative Movement. He is going to force the GOP to be the conservative party again, instead of Democrat-lite.”
